Disco Dilemma

I really, really like these pants...

They're Topshop's Disco Treggings !

However...

Doesn't it look exactly like the American Apparel Disco Pant ?

A while ago there was some commotion bout how Topshop rips off Indie designers and steals other people 's ideas...

I guess it is true to a certain extend then ? I'm all for it if you're gunna jack off someone's design and sell it at a fraction of the price ala Robin Hood... but if you're gunna do that and just sell it at yet another exuberant price... what's the point ?! It's as though all you big companies are just banding together to rip us all off. We don't need another company selling us overpriced shit. Psht.

Anyways...

Am still undecided on whether I should get them cause I honestly don't know if I'll wear them much or if it'd just get thrown in my sad 'I've worn you only once but I'm done with you' pile (which I like to pretend doesn't exist btw cause I can't bear the guilt, haha!). Maybe if I find a cheaper alternative...

Think I'm gunna name this post Disco Dilemma instead of Topshop Steals... which it does ! But still. XD
